What to include
A question before you order
Whether your document counts as a proposal, whether two quotes need two orders, anything about scope. Ask before paying, not after.
A question about a delivered report
Reply to the delivery email rather than starting a new thread, so the audit is attached to the answer. Follow-up is included for seven days.
A refund
Say which email address you paid with. Refunds are issued from Stripe back to the original card.
Anything else
Press, corrections to something written on this site, or an agency that believes a published claim is unfair. All of it goes to the same address.
